Tanachira Retail Corporation Public Company Limited (TAN) held its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) electronically via E-AGM system. Mr. Kittipol Pramoj Na Ayudhya, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Tanapong Chirapanidchakul, Chief Executive Officer, along with the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting to report on the company's performance in 2023 and growth plans for 2024.

The AGM approved the payment of a dividend from the 2023 operating results at a rate of THB 0.20 per share, totaling THB 60,000,000. The ex-dividend date (XD) is set for March 22, 2024, and the dividend payment date is set for May 9, 2024, to reward shareholders and build investor confidence.
