Unveiling the next chapter of the exclusive Afternoon Tea Culture series, Anantara Siam Bangkok presents a collaboration between Pandora, Thai digital artist Tossapon (Prince) Kongpipattanakarn and hotel’s Cluster Executive Pastry Chef Anupong Nualchavee – chef Aey. Launching on 2nd February 2023, “The House of Eternity” afternoon tea invites guests to celebrate love in all its forms with a collection of site-specific art and limited-edition confectionery.

Opening with a palate cleanser of lemon bubble-gum ice cream lollipop, The House of Eternity menu includes double-chocolate chunky scones and strawberry and white chocolate chip scones served with clotted cream and homemade jams. The signature dessert – the Heart Key Lock – is an ode to romance rendered in dark chocolate, lychee and almond biscuits and inspired by Pandora’s delicate new charm. In addition to cherry blossom macarons, rose and lychee choux and raspberry coconut torte, guests will also be served red ruby chocolate fondue and savoury bites ranging from house-smoked duck breast in a pink bun with fig jam to quince and blue crab quiche and Parma ham pesto wrap.
