TANACHIRA Group Commits to Sustainability on Earth Day 2024
In celebration of Earth Day 2024, TANACHIRA Group reiterates its unwavering commitment to sustainability by emphasizing its dedication to responsible business practices. The group is committed to using organic ingredients sourced from local communities and transitioning to recycled plastic packaging to raise awareness about the importance of environmental stewardship.
HARNN feature natural ingredients
HARNN products, such as Tichaa, an organic herbal tea brand grown without chemicals and cultivated by women's groups in Kanchanaburi province, and HARNN Essential Oil, which utilizes herbs grown by over 500 families in Ayutthaya's farmer network, demonstrate the company's commitment to both environmental and social responsibility.
HARNN reduces plastic bottle usage
HARNN is committed to reducing the use of plastic bottles for its packaging, starting with the Juniper Atmos and White Tea & Camellia collections. By using recycled PET (rPET) pellets in the production of new bottles, the company has reduced plastic bottle usage by 30%, resulting in a 937.7 kg reduction in plastic weight, equivalent to 1,875,400 plastic straws.
TANACHIRA Group's sustainability goals
TANACHIRA Group aims to transition to 100% recyclable, reusable, or biodegradable packaging and continuously reduce plastic usage each year. The group is committed to being a part of the solution to the global plastic waste problem by implementing sustainable and effective measures.
