Responsibilities:
- Propose yearly store investment plan and budgeting.
- Come up with ROI, NAV for each investment project.
- Analyst prepares rental monthly report.
- Negotiate the contract with landlord to meet with investment budgeting.
- Build landlord relationship.
- Monitor Pre & Post new store opening sales against the new store feasibility.
- Business Development role for existing stores and stores expansion.
- Negotiation for the best rent and condition.
- Planning, schedule and budget for developing business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or higher in any related fields.
- At least 6 years experiences in Tenant, Building Project or Business Development in retail is preferable.
- Self-driven, project management, negotiation and be able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and decision making.
- Good command of English and Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
